Perrine graduated from a French School of Engineering (Ecole Centrale de Nantes) in 2008, with a major in Civil and Environmental engineering. After a year of work experience in Cambodia – working for a consultancy company on Environmental Site Assessments projects, she started her PhD in February 2010 at Monash University.

Perrine is involved in the Centre for Water Sensitive Cities through her PhD research (Integration of Stormwater Harvesting and Baseflow Restoration Measures to Restore Catchment Hydrology), which links into two different areas:
